Beyond the chains of Patriarchy

My Journey

Growing up, most of my role models for success were men. I was taught that success meant being hierarchical, goal-driven, tough and assertive. Throughout my career in marketing technology I adapted to these expectations and succeeded as a manager, but I never truly felt like I belonged. I couldn't show up as my authentic self in the workplace. This led me to explore new approaches to leadership - seeking a balance between the masculine and feminine. When I discovered the neuro-somatic method, I knew I had found my true purpose. A way to break free from the chains of patriarchy and redefine leadership in a whole new way!

Redefining leadership

Leadership is not a position that's given, it is an embodiment of our own power and our choice to use that power in wisdom and in service of the whole.

We are at the beginning of a new era. This is the time to bring in more compassion, intuition, collaboration and allowance to the corporate world. As human beings, we are so much more then numbers and graphs. We can contribute in so many other aspects to the company we work for, just by learning the techniques of connecting back to our selves; understand our true personal power and have the sense of safety to show up as our authentic self to connect with people around us and to the company we work for in ways you couldn't imagine before.

We are born in a human body which holds the energies of both masculine and fem. Both matter. Both are equally impactful. Throughout our lives, influenced by success models we are shaping our identities to fit the path which will be the safest and the most achievable for us.

In some cases this path we chose when we were young is a good fit for us, and sometimes time comes to rethink our role in this life; Our profession; Our career and even our environment - the place we live in, the friends we choose to spend the time with and much more. some will call this "awakening" and some will call it "one big mess". I am here to help!

Together we walk on a new path while removing the unnecessary layers we adopted in our lives and revealing slowly and safely, our true authentic selves. Then you would be able to make clear decisions which suits the real you.

Our life is a journey with many paths, let's see if this is the time to take a turn!

After 15 years in management positions in the consultancy and corporate world I've embarked a new journey. A journey with a mission to embrace the feminine in everything we do and balance the current power structures in our society. Same achievements, less resistance.

Let's all embrace both feminine and masculine which are present within us to have the best human experience we can possibly have and lead from there!
